Shipping Destinations and Cost

Wallwoodly offers free standard shipping on orders delivered to eligible addresses in the United States. We do not currently ship internationally. Available shipping options and any applicable charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Order Processing and Delivery Estimates

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays, within 1–2 business days. Standard transit is estimated at 2–3 business days after dispatch, for an estimated total delivery time of 3–5 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by product availability, destination, carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Tracking and Delivery Issues

Tracking information will be sent by email when available after shipment. Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you need an address correction, or if a package is delayed, missing, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@wallwoodly.us with your order number. Contact us within 7 days of delivery about damaged or incorrect items and include photos when possible. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.
